A medical welfare initiative created by High Court employees, for High Court employees and their families — providing compassionate financial support when health challenges arise.
The HC Employees Medical Welfare Fund is a voluntary charitable trust formed by employees of the Mumbai High Court. Recognizing that healthcare crises can devastate families financially, the trust was established to provide a safety net for every court employee and their loved ones.
From serious illness to critical procedures, our trust ensures that no employee faces medical hardship alone. We bridge the gap between CGHS coverage and actual treatment costs — with transparency, dignity, and compassion.
Three pillars guide everything we do for our High Court family.
Providing direct monetary support to cover medical expenses beyond CGHS limits — up to ₹3 Lakh for critical cases.
Organizing regular health camps, diagnostic screenings, and eye care programs to keep our community healthy.
A human-centered approach where every application is treated with dignity, speed, and complete transparency.
From routine treatments to critical illness — our fund covers what CGHS doesn't.
Reimbursement of 20% of hospitalization bills. Maximum assistance up to ₹3,00,000 per year.
Reimbursement of 40% of hospitalization bills. Maximum assistance up to ₹3,00,000 per year.
Special enhanced support for dialysis, chemotherapy, and long-term cancer treatment for all classes.
We believe prevention is as important as cure. Our regular health camps bring world-class diagnostics directly to the High Court campus — at minimal cost.
Hear from colleagues whose lives were touched by the fund.
When my mother needed emergency kidney surgery, the trust provided ₹2.5 lakh within days. I cannot express in words how much this meant to our family during that dark time.
The health camp organized by the welfare fund detected my high blood pressure early. The ₹60 test package is a blessing — I never would have paid for this otherwise.
My husband was diagnosed with cancer. The fund supported us through chemotherapy costs. This trust is more than an organization — it is our extended family.
Our welfare committee is available Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Reach out for any queries about eligibility, applications, or ongoing cases.
