Confirm Your Eligibility

Before applying, confirm that you are a current employee of the High Court of Bombay, that your membership contribution is active, and that your medical expense is covered under our assistance categories.

Collect Your Documents

Gather all required documents before submitting your application. Incomplete applications may cause delays. Key documents include:

Submit Your Application

Applications can be submitted via email or physically at the trust office. Email is the preferred method for faster processing.

Document Verification (48–72 hrs)

The trust committee reviews your submitted documents within 48–72 hours. If any document is missing or unclear, the office will contact you. During emergency situations, urgent review is possible within 24 hours upon request.

Committee Approval

The welfare committee evaluates your case, determines the assistance category (General / Critical / Special), and approves the support amount. All decisions are documented and communicated to the applicant.

Direct Bank Transfer

Once approved, the sanctioned amount is transferred directly to your registered bank account within 7 working days. You will receive a written sanction order and transfer confirmation.
