Visit any of our listed partner hospitals or labs. Mention you are an HC Employees Medical Welfare Fund member.
Collect all original bills, prescriptions, diagnostic reports, and hospital receipts during treatment.
Submit bills to CGHS first if applicable. Collect the settlement statement showing the reimbursed amount.
Submit remaining bills and CGHS statement to the trust for gap coverage under our assistance program.
